As indicated in the Monday afternoon communication, the pace at which information is being released is very rapid.  Late Tuesday evening, the SBA issued a press release containing more specific information regarding the Paycheck Protection Program.
 
Treasury Secretary Mnuchin states in the release, “Treasury and the Small Business Administration expect to have this program up and running by April 3^rd so that businesses can go to a participating SBA 7(a) lender, bank or credit union, apply for a loan, and be approved the same day.”

If you have not already done so, it would be advisable to check with your bank to see if they will be processing Paycheck Protection Program loan applications.
 
I suspect new and additional information will be forthcoming and we will try and update folks as quickly as possible.
