2023 Biometric Screening Options
Greetings UPMC Member,
The Conference Board of Pensions will be hosting on-site biometric screenings at Annual Conference on Friday, June 16th!! Subscribers and eligible spouses are invited to register now. The screening is worth $100 for deposit into your Health Savings Account or HRA for 2024 and is also a required component to earn TAHS points.
Free Biometric Screenings at Annual Conference
Biometric screenings at Annual Conference require a registration. It is highly unlikely that walk-ins will be accommodated. Please secure your time preference and appointment by following the instructions below.
You can schedule your screening online. Log in to MyHealth OnLine and follow this path: Better Health & Wellness > Biometric Screening Registration > additional screening options and results. From there, it will log you into your Quest portal to register either at Annual Conference (click "At an Event") or at a Patient Service Center (Quest Labs).

Free Biometric Screenings at Quest Patient Service Centers now through October 31, 2023.
If you are not attending Annual Conference or you're unable to complete your screening that day, please register and complete your biometric screening at a Quest Patient Service Center by the deadline of 10/31/2023.

To schedule by phone: contact the Quest Health & Wellness Service Center at 1-855-623-9355. Tell them your employer is the Western PA Conference of the United Methodist Church and your registration key is WPAUMC2023. Please have your UPMC Member ID number available at the time of the call.
IMPORTANT: Your health screening data will remain private and confidential. WPAUMC will not have access to your individual screening results.
Additionally, if you walk into a Quest lab and have the screening without completing the appropriate registration (above) WPAUMC is not responsible for charges you incur.
For accurate blood sugar and cholesterol readings, you should fast for 12 hours before the screening. Pregnant women should NOT fast. Please drink water to prevent dehydration.
